Our Founder
Carson Sofro – is the Co-Founder and Global Director of HSBCAMPS, HSB Academy, & the Treasure Valley’s TV80. A graduate of the University of Redlands with a degree in History, Sofro has dedicated over a decade of his life to improving the lives of young men and women by empowering, developing, and encouraging them through sports. Utilizing athletics as a vehicle to promote self-esteem, teamwork, and compassion for others, his programs have provided tens of thousands a gateway to pursue their dreams and realize their full potential.
